Bupe Banda is a CBNRM practitioner and community rights advocate with over 9 years of hands-on experience, dedicated to empowering local communities to sustainably manage their natural resources for improvement of their livelihoods. With a master of Philosophy in Conservation Leadership from Cambridge University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Education from the University of Zambia, Bupe embraces the philosophy that conservation’s success hinges on empowering those whose livelihoods depend on natural resources – the front lines in the fight against poaching and IWT.
